Function Venue Hire Fees
Corporate Meetings
The space is perfect for private events, conferences & corporate meetings and can be customised to suit your event.
- Up to 100 Guests – $1250 includes up to 6 hours of bar service
- Over 6 hours of bar service $110 per hour
- Over 100 Guests – Fee on application
- Day before function access Fee – $165
- Half Day hire – Fee on application
- Minimum spend on bar is $1000 for all functions with bar service (excluding Training room hire).
- Public Holiday functions incur an additional fee due to increased staff penalty rates.
Bookings and Fees
Booking fees are current but may be changed for future bookings without. notice. Full payment of the booking fee will secure the quoted booking fee. Booking fees include GST.
Decorating Rules
No fixed Bundaberg Surf Life Saving property, including photographs, is to be removed or relocated under any circumstances. All decorations are to be free standing and not pinned or adhered to any surface. No confetti, either paper, metal or plastic, is allowed on the premises or immediately outside the premises.
