Last night Jasmyn was named runner up at the State Surf Woman Gala Event.
Jasmyn has been involved with Bundaberg SLSC since she was just 10 years old. She’s taken what she’s learned over the last 9 years and is now passing it on to our nippers through her role as Age Manager. She’s balanced uni studies, dancing, dance teaching and her surf woman role during the past 9 months.
When Jas talks about surf life saving her eyes light up. You know that there’s a fire in her belly about what it means to wear the red and yellow. Her family took out patrol family of the year at the club this year. She lives and breathes lifesaving. We couldn’t be prouder that the judges could see what we do in Jasmyn.
